The Victorian Cancer Biobank (VCB) consortium provides a coordinated and integrated program that collects and distributes tissue samples to support cancer research in Victoria, Australia. The primary objective of the project is

Create a flexible and secure infrastructure by bringing the new website to the parent's site-managed environment, and to ensure reliability and flexibility for further integration (Salesforce).

revisiting the IA structure.
I organized a workshop to create a flowchart that visually mapped out the platform's structure. In this collaborative session, I collaborated closely with the client to ensure the inclusion of all essential pages on the site.

Evaluate the findability of
the content.
Leveraging the IA Treejack online platform, we conducted assessments to pinpoint user confusion during navigation on the existing site. Through tree testing, we assessed content findability and hierarchy on the website by providing the participants with different scenarios to choose from. This method proved instrumental in validating our design choices, ensuring the creation of an intuitive digital experience that simplifies user navigation.

Once the flow was clearly defined, outlining the necessary screens, I transitioned to crafting wireframes. This step allowed for a deeper exploration of the user experience, examining each screen in finer detail.
Following this, a complete site prototype was put to the test with genuine users. Their valuable feedback was thoroughly analyzed, leading to iterative changes and improvements based on their input.
